Apollo Pharmacy S.Kolathur 2 - Pharmacy in Chennai - Chengalpattu, India

Really felt bad about Apollo pharmacy for the very first time.I had the best experience with other branches of Apollo but here what I felt was the staffs were not knowledgeable with the medicines, Billing even cash handing. This will actually affect the reputation of all other Apollo pharmacy. Even though all the medicines were available they were saying not in stock. Then we have see and tell no it's there kindly look into it.

I bought medicine and paid bill amount of Rs1,483.47 on October 26. The store executive insisted me to pay another time for getting the bill, so i paid bill amount twice. She informed me that the refund will be reflected in your account in 2-3 days, but till now i didn't get refund it's been 'ONE MONTH' since i paid the bill amount. It's really disappointing the valuable customer. Store executives are not responding regarding the refund amount. PLEASE TRY TO RESPOND CUSTOMERS IN A POSITIVE MANNER

Actually I went to Dr.Abedkar Salai Pharmacy located in kovilambakkam Last 18th Sep'2022. I was purchased medicine value of RS 217.53.., on the same day I was purchased one more item in the same store. That time I asked the store excutive can I pay the payment in the same link which I paid in the morning he said yes and he asked me to pay 218 RS.., I paid it .., then after again that excutive asked me to pay in the swiping machine. I thought he will refund the amount which I paid already I'm keep on following up with that store contacts still i didn't get proper response. That day that store excutive way of talking is very very worst. I'm still waiting tand today also i went and asked about he get my refund the status they simply saying no response from HR side and finally they are blaming me !

Need to improve staffs count,only 2ppl are ther sometime 1 person is handling,we are coming ther for some emergncy reson not all the time but some time we do ,staff ther are very lazy not also handling customers with polite manner make sure the customers are not jobless to wait more then 30min to get an dolo r bby soap...and getting it after an hour....

All medicine is available. But lack or staffs.

need to put well trained /professional staffs, they do not give proper response and answering phone and attending customers. Very irresponsible.
