My feasible time is morning around 8 to 8:15. Whenever I visit the pharmacy, salesperson use to always tell that just now we connected to the server, so gpay will not support. Because of server problem, so far I couldn't redeem the points. I don't know then why they are giving the points if it is not useful for us. I had never expected such a bad technical support from Apollo.

Worst customer service and very rude staff. There is no proper communication to customer while generating the bill. Before the billing itself, I have asked for the bill to be on my wife name but they have generated the bill on my name. When asked for name change they told me to come back on tomorrow, its insane, we are in technology era why does the name change on bill takes a day? Next, if I want to use the apollo points, they have told, phone pay payment is not allowed. Not sure whether the staff is bluffing or the system is designed like that, if it is a design flaw, change it asap. Finally, I have asked for return of the product, first they have told, return is not possible, I have asked whether it is mentioned in the bill, no answer. It means exchange is possible and it has to be, so have asked for the return again, in next, they have told, it is not possible since I made a phone pay payment, its ridiculous. No return if payment is made by phonepay/gpay?. If it is correct, stick a notice of the same at the entrance of the pharmacy for the customers to be aware of. It's very frustrating, dear Apollo, if you want to succeed in pharmacy business, train your employees on understanding the customer needs and wants. More importantly, please educate them to be polite to customers.
