I bought a Tbact ointment 15g for rs350. I used it for 2 days.. 3rd day when I squeezed it nothing is there except air..more than Half of the tube is empty.. when I approached the pharmacy, just to raise a complaint they said nothing can be done about it.. I didn't even ask for replacement.. just a complaint and that too they are not responding properly..

No proper response in person or over the phone, people who work at these pharmacy need to be educated how to handle customers...
