A well-designed Apollo Hospital in Kolkata The People here are pretty good and the ambiance is very wholesome I loved the Paintings on their Walls, and the Silent Corridors of the Building are nice as well, as they have big glass windows with a nice view of the outside city. Overall, a very well-constructed building.

All security guard are idiots. We are from foreign countries and we need to enter 2 person at least because of language barrier. This idiots are not try to understand and this hospital service for admission is also really poor. The service they are try to give by security and admission office totally act like government hospital.

Not good as before , they don't change clothes , takes so much money can't give a new cloth , each day is cost so much but can't even give such service, they skipped 1 time luch also and gave me freezed bread which is not eat able, worst experience came here 5th time, and now this will be my last time , or change your food incharge and clothes incharge , they are not worth of that much payment , customers give Lot of money but they don't deserve it, hair all over bed and place.

One of the best running healthcare unit in kolkata. Too much of rush is there in the hospital but well maintained staff takes care of it and runs smooth each day. Must give credit to its management staff. Clean and cosy, ample parking is provided. Doctory and well experienced in then field and treat the patient in good way. Tests of all type are also done here withour much hassel. Location wise its very much approachable. Airport is nearby.

I am a regular paiteint of appollo hospital.but medicine purchase experience is horrible Very very unskilled staff arrogant behaviour and lots of waiting for delivery medicine

Very good facility.10 bedded day care ward.Rooms are separate.Nurses are alert and doing good work.

Pathetic and horrible. My father was submitted for a mild heart pain .Doctor said he will be ok very soon and making a bill of 4.75 lacs then next day we saw he is not responding and lastly I lost my father...They even do not show a bit mercy to discharge the body of my father until we pay full amount in cash or dd or cheque.....Finanace people are showing attitude like they are prime minister....all nurse also shows their attitude and abusive nature.... Government should take asteo and ban this hospital immediately...we lost our parent due to careless ness ....and we paid 4.75 lacs for this .....

Totally Worst facilities. You have pay of big amount for any tests then again you have to wait for your 1 test approx 6-7 hours. This is not tolerate. Everyone has a work. I can't accept it Apollo hospital couldn't maintain this type of things.
