1. Extremely slow 2. Extremely slow 3. Extremely slow Literally only two customers standing in the shop and still it took half an hour to get the medicine.

Services of pharmacy is terrific. On 25-Oct-2022, only one person available on counter and he is such a slow. Before me only 2 person were in counter.1person has taken some items (jaggery powder,amla powder and ed 1medicine) and Second person was with one medicine. He took 27mins just to attend these 2 people. Even after requesting I didn't get medicine. I went again on 26-Oct-2022, i got my medicine. In prescription it is clearly mentioned my mother's name. Without confirm patient name, he put my name on bill. Sales person (he) is so rude not ready to listen anything. Only saying we are giving discount so added your name. Bills need to submit to office where we need bills with patient name. I don't understand if prescription is on patient name why they want receipt on Apollo account holder. It is their duty to confirm name on receipt before making bill.

I had went there for consult my personal problem with Dr. Everything was good but need to all staff more polite and we'll behaved.I known that they are doing their best but need to more,Thank you.

Horrible service went there for covid test and then wanted a stamp on my report for japan travel they refused to sign and stamp, went to suraksha bkp every thing went so smooth, and everyone was so professional and helpful. Plus in apollo i had to talk to 3 people just to know who handles the covid department.

As being a renowned hospital Apollo everyone prefers to go to this clinic but the staff are very slow. As per the staff we took appointment but it was not done accordingly and sometimes they can charge you extra for the same test if you don't have any idea regarding that Had a poor experience

Very average facilities. Poor que management. Reports r not sent in mail as well as phone. You have to be in que while collecting the reports also as they never prepare it in time. Desk management is zero. All staffs r roaming from the corridors. Just horrible experience.

most 3rd class service... report was not clear .. literally they are cheaters.they are just taken the money and provide us a wrong report.. please don't visit they are shop... we should band this apollo branch.. cheater

This is a good quality diagnostic centre in Barrackpore. There is also a well stocked pharmacy here. Many types of blood tests , usg etc are done here.
