Please change the staff here Doesn't have knowledge about apollo 247 HC system Doesn't accept gpay & appollo 247 payments They are trying to scare away the customer & no proper respect. When I visited this place the staff were having fun & didn't even try to take my orders. After getting disappointed by them I ordered my meds online & got them delivery. I visited the pharmacy to get my meds immediately but due to their poor service I fed up & ordered it online and got it delivered after some time. There is no point in visiting this place if you need meds immediately OTC
Neat d well organised pharmacy.. They follow d billing procedure perfectly but there their process gets slowed down and takes more time to deliver products to consumer... Meanwhile though they offer 10% discount for medication it will b retained in our online wallet (ref our mobile no) until nxt purchase... Though I understand this business model... But I don't know why I should only pay n cash r card in case I want to make use of tat amount during my nxt transaction... In d same way I have to recharge my upi wallet to pay using paytm /mobiwiki but tats not d case for gpay I really don't understand the rationale behind it... To put in simple terms though their product quality cost discount and network of stores r much better than other pharma stores... It's d procedure r system tat haunts most of the consumer who use UPI transactions here to buy medication... Plz try to make ur system robust d user friendly rather than making a fool proof system
Customer service is very worst, they do not know how to service the people, They treating like thief most important ping do not know manase at rudely.
