At 8 a.m., I arrived for my annual health checkup. Except for two tests, all were completed in less than an hour. After two hours, they informed us that the doctor was on leave. Please come back another time. They simply made them wait for two hours

Would have given a negative rating if it was available. After taking an appointment if the doctor is not available on that day they don't have the courtesy to inform also. Being a patient I went exactly at the time of the appointment and I was told the doctor is not there today. And the receptionist was busy collecting the next payment. As due to the festival I couldn't complete all the test within 7 days of first consultation. Even just to show the report was asked to pay the doctor consultation again. Very dissatisfied. Will never visit again for sure. Lastly I know this review will not be posted.

Unorganised/Chaotic 1. They made me wait for 30min because they wanted the confirmation mail regarding the booking. 2. They made me come twice to do a few tests even I booked prior. When I visited for the second time, they made me wait for the results that I done in the first time. A few technicians are good. A few staffs in the Billing desk are also good. The TMT technician Lovely is supportive and lovely. I wanted to mention a few other names, but I forgot.

It was good experience for me as I was doing my health checkup for the first time. I had to wait for 4 to 5 hrs as it was crowded. If you have patience, it will be fine to wait. Keep checking for available checkups to wait as less time as possible.

Terrible experience! H never in my lifetime consulted a doctor who has worst behaviour and personality than Dr.Anusuya Shetty ( General Medicine), lacks basic qualities of a doctor. We consulted her due to high fever & with few concerns, she completed the consultation in 2,3 mins, did not ask us to sit, did not speak much, she was just giving orders and showing her attitude. I wonder how such ppl r choosing this profession if they are not having the basic qualities a doctor should have !!

I have got full body body checkup done here on a Saturday, it was quite crowded and no proper queue mamagement. The tests were conducted comfortably and professionally. The women's toilet didn't have the water jet working, and was quite stinky. So cleanliness and queue management can be better

I scheduled my company sponsored health check by reading good reviews here.... But I had to wait 1 hour for the blood test. The reception guy was super slow. Although, staff was polite and good, but too slow to manage even just 20 people present there. I wouldn't recommend for people who are short on time.

By far, the quickest service when it comes to comprehensive health checkup.. got everything done within 4hours on a Saturday, which is a rarity among labs. Thanks to all the cordial staff and technicians, who were top notch. Special call out to the Supervisor Mr. Siam, who was on his toes to assist everyone that turned up in bulk. Will recommend for any consultation or health check up.
