Despite having an appointment at 8:30 and being present since 8:15, the billing was done only at 9:00 and there was a lot of waiting for every procedure. Took me 3 hours since arriving at the clinic to do a pre-employment health check up. Rest were fine.

Had got my 4 year old child to gastroenterologist Dr. Shubha Vivekan for a second opinion. Very irregular in appointment timings. Always booked appointments and postponed or cancelled. Finally, I didn't get a chance to even review my son's results in person and she refused to sign his insurance form and place her seal. Even the centre staff couldn't give me a solution for this or take the responsibility of acquiring her signature, including the centre manager, Mr. Anand. Only the lady at reception tried her best. Also, laboratory was pathetic and no hand hygiene protocol was followed before drawing blood. Definitely do not recommend this doctor and centre has to improve their standards.

While the overall experience has been good, would like to give the below observation. Last time when we came for a master health check up, breakfast was organised which made the sequencing of the tests easy. This was not there this time resulting in delayed breakfast at 11.45 since we had to complete some of the tests based on the availability of the technician and doctors. If this information was available in advance, we could have planned things better. Hope this would get addressed in future.

Token system not followed. Pls if it so it will be good.

Best place for complete health check up. They have best infrastructure.

Apollo medical center gave me one of the BEST experience in health check up. All employees are very humble and with amazing hospitality treatment.Every activity and procedure was executed very systematic & swiftly.
