Super fast and efficient. I was well looked after during a time I felt very unwell and was far from home. From the cleaning staff to specialists and canteen food. All was very good.

My mother admitted for CABG Operation. Thanks for Dr.Nikil Theckumarampil did great job with my mom first ever health exam itself.He explained everything to my mom very clearly. All are the staff great they were helpful and specially thanks to Mrs.Lelah for arranging my parents anniversary celebration at the time of discharge.

Hi I'm from Puducherry. My husband has been admitted in the Plastic surgery department Burns Unit Appolo vanagaram. For about 25 days. Excellent treatment, care & concern, patient friendly. The hospital is very good and well maintained but it has it's own Pros and cons which I will share from my perspective. Pros - * The infrastructure and facilities are state of the art. The best you could get. * Very well behaved staff and good administration. * Not very crowded. It doesn't have the market kinda feel that some hospitals have. * Treatment and care. Cons * Super expensive. No other drawback that I can remember of. This hospital is for those who needs quality medical care, and is willing to spend a lot of money. Also, If you have a very good health insurance then, it wouldn't be a problem. For those who don't have much money to spend - I'm sorry, this is for the RICH! :(
