Apollo Hospital Kakinada Doctors are giving excellent treatment.. Doctors are very good. Even other branches of Apollo Doctors are also good. But, the billing process is very very slow.. I mean not only slow, very worse billing process. I am talking only about Billing Software/Server... Staff are trying to do bills without delay...but, billing server is very slow. What staff will do?.. clearly saying it is not staff mistake.. Please rectify/change this Billing Software/Server. Ex: even for old file OP also, if everything works smoothly billing time will normally takes 8-10 minutes to get the printout in hand.
Doctor harshvardhan sir was fantastic, really doctors treated with good kindness, care and patience. Secondly the staff nurses was very concerned, helpful and friendly too staff nurse sisters treated their own family And that was very helpful to me I'm really thanking all sisters.
