A Decent Experience at Apollo Hospital India Rating: I recently had the opportunity to visit Apollo Hospital in India for a medical procedure, and I would like to share my experience. While there were some positive aspects, there were also a few areas that left me somewhat disappointed. Firstly, I was impressed by the hospital's infrastructure and cleanliness. The facilities were well-maintained, and the hospital appeared modern and well-equipped. The waiting areas were spacious and comfortable, which helped to create a soothing environment amidst the hustle and bustle. The medical staff at Apollo Hospital were generally knowledgeable and professional. The doctors I encountered were skilled and took the time to explain my condition and treatment options in detail. I appreciated their patience and willingness to answer my questions. The nursing staff also provided attentive care, and I felt well looked after during my stay. However, there were a few areas where the hospital fell short. One issue was the lack of effective communication between different departments. At times, it felt like information was not being properly shared, resulting in confusion and delays in my treatment process. I believe better coordination and communication protocols could greatly improve the overall patient experience. Another aspect that disappointed me was the long waiting times. Despite having scheduled appointments, I often had to wait for extended periods before being seen by the doctors. This was frustrating and made it difficult to plan my day effectively. Improving appointment scheduling and reducing wait times would significantly enhance the hospital's efficiency and patient satisfaction.

Your facilities, and especially your amazing staff, gave us excellent care and made us about as comfortable as we could be! Apollo is one of the Top Hospitals in India. I have been here with a patient going through Hernia disease and we went through surgery. Surgery was successful. Pros: - Cleanliness - Good Atmosphere - Staff is very helpful - Tight security to restrict crowd - Experienced Doctors - Mediclaim is very fast depends on your insurance company. - Nurses take good care of their patient. Cons: - Cost is bit high... If you have mediclaim you can go here but without mediclaim you might face money crunch. - Longer waiting period for rooms... you have to book in advance. - Mediclaim people have to pay 10k as security amount. - Parking area for two wheelers need to be taken care and increased. - Sometimes common washroom smell too much. I would Rate : 4.2/5

Admission process is very long, very slow services nothing is systemic here They only charge higher amount but not providing proper services What is the point of waiting for 1-2 hours in just admission process There is not proper communication between staff and they take too much time in everything Which should not be happen in a big hospital like this

My wife Vinita Bhargava got operated for knee surgery on 16th May nicely.The surgical & Physiotherapy team under Dr.Sunil Rajan is excellent along with very good nursing facility.The canteen of the Apollo hospital also provides very good food to the patient.
