The hospital was very comfortable for me, and the staff were very friendly. The doctors were considerate of my convenience before performing any procedures. Guest relation manager Prakash, was exceptionally good. I was very happy to encounter such a dedicated individual who performed his job perfectly.
In fifth floor, AC is fitted as centralised. Not able to operate each room. Sometimes we need ac,but neighbour room not need AC. On that time very difficult. Please provide separately
My motherin law was admitted couple of times in Apollo hospital . They provided very good care. For patients they provided hospital food. Can be an out patient too. Quick response. Duty doctors supported patients 24/ 7. The charges also nominal for the service they are rendering.
Very good service . Every staff is friendly. First time going to Apollo hospital from Bangladesh. Especially Janci ma'am very skillfully explained everything to us . Will fully recomend people to come here. Will not disappoint you trust me. And also my mother had physiotherapy session here .
