Being an old ID holder of Apollo, I had been here time to time for various treatments of self and others. I was recently admitted to Apollo Hospitals Bhubaneswar for a medical procedure. I was very impressed with the care I received from the nurses, doctors, and other staff members. The nurses were always attentive to my needs and went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable. They were also very knowledgeable about my condition and took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand. The doctors were also very knowledgeable and experienced. They took the time to answer all of my questions and explain my treatment plan in detail. I was also impressed with the cleanliness and overall facilities of the hospital. Everything was very well-maintained and the staff was always prompt and efficient. Overall, I had a very positive experience at Apollo Hospitals Bhubaneswar. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone who is looking for excellent medical care and compassionate service. Your medical staffs are excellent including all nurses and physiotherapist.However the quality of room and other infrastructure are not up to the mark. Needs to be mor clean.

Bed_443A I was admitted yesterday due to serious health conditions. The doctor, consultant, nurses everyone here were so cooperative , polite and friendly in nature. They assisted me whenever I needed help and reviewed the status of patients in the ward. The admin support was exceptional in all matters from the date of admission to discharge. I appreciate all the doctors and nursing staff for their commitment and skillful treatment. F&B services They were very flexible and helpful with proper diet maintenance. They guided about the food items and its intake.

I had an accident on the evening of 17.08.2022, resulting in a fracture in my left hand. I was admitted to Apollo Hospital, Bhubaneswar on 18.08.2022 and received treatment for five days. During that period, an x-ray was taken, confirming the need for a surgical operation. On the evening of 20.08.2022, Dr. Sandeep Biswal, an orthopedic surgeon, performed the surgical operation on my left hand. I am grateful to Dr. Biswal and the support staff for the successful surgery and recovery. I am happy with my Tata AIG health insurance team for settling Rs 194,716 from my insurance, resulting in a final payment of Rs 2,892 from my pocket. The total bill amount of Rs 197,608 was claimed from the hospital side. I paid the remaining balance of Rs 2892 with my credit card because I lacked information about the negotiation during discharge. During the entire surgical procedure, Rashmi and Anup were by my side, providing physical and emotional support, comfort, and any help I needed. Their dedication and commitment exceeded traditional blood relationships, showcasing the power of true friendship in times of need. Their presence likely helped alleviate any anxieties or fears I had about the procedure. Their unwavering support provided reassurance and strength, making me feel less alone during the process. Having friends who go above and beyond is a testament to our deep relationship. This experience highlights that family doesn't solely define one's support system. Rashmi and Anup stepped up, proving that the bond of friendship can be just as powerful. This experience can strengthen our bond and reinforce the idea that friends can be like family. I'd like to thank the entire team at Apollo Hospital Bhubaneswar, including the nursing team. I came to the hospital without any family, but with the help of my friends, everything was managed. My health insurance team also efficiently settled the bills. I'm extremely thankful to the whole team at Apollo Hospital, Bhubaneswar for their help and support.
