My overall experience was worst .Apart from Doctor all staff need behavioural training.. We are not going to Apollo Chennai for fun !!! the attitude, behaviour of all ground staff is so rude and rough that people will never visit twice if we get better option in other place. People don't know how to treat patients and his attendees. This hospital is running only because of East and Bangladesh as per my observation . Simply the charges in all the department is so high with so much of waiting time that innocent poor peoples are literally looted by Hospital management in all aspect from registeration to doctor fees , x ray, mri ,blood test and many more hidden cost ..which you never know before registration. Surprisingly the entire hospital having only one MRI MACHINE ! This is total mess in entire system what I have realised. Although I did my treatment as there was no option left with me and also they not allowed to take 2nd opinion too within the hospital. As they simply said if you go to 2nd doctor then you can't come back to first doctor again and he will not do your treatment. This feedback I have received from secretary of both the doctor. I took one single AC room with attached bathroom but there is no shower there ! Bed sheet and pillow covers are having black spot and stain.I never expect such things where I am paying 11k per day rent !!! Also after my surgery there were some unnecessary things cross sell by hospital which is practically not required as per me. Also there are many things I can't mentioned here as it will be more lengthy. P k Das . Guwahati Assam

I would like to thanks dr Rakesh sekthy for such wonderful treatment he has given . And management side gr monalisa she is very good and nice lady . She helped me a lot in insurance and discharge time . Thanks a lot Apollo team .

It is not that Apollo we once visited. It has turned to be the fantasy tour place of rich Bangladeshi Nationals, visiting once every year with family. Doctors are too dependent on the assistants who could speak Bangla. Assistants advice all the tests, even though it is irrelevant in most cases. Many doctors like M Hariharan not even ask the patient a word either, mere prescribe medicine on the basis of assistant's signal, not even see the reports. Very bitter experience. Again, look, an LFT test requires Rs900 in Mohan's Hospital, Gopalapuram, Chennai but Apollo is milking Rs4,000 for the same test with the same equipment. It is true in all other tests also, it could be USG, X-ray, Endoscopy or CT Scan. May be, they are authorised to charge International rate. But all doctors are not inhumane or all departments are still not rotten. Thing to be minded is that there can be better alternatives somewhere nearby. Always look around. Thankyou.

Had undergone total pancreatectomy surgery with Dr.Santhosh Anand in Apollo Greams road. Patient is doing well and everyone in the hospital premises has helped very well in everything.

Dr nithya Narayan very good doctor. She is giving very good treatment. Housekeeping department and s ward nurse all are very good . Ms monalis from management she co-opperate with us .

Dr prassanna Kumar Reddy is very good doctor. All staff and housekeeping people very nice . Ms monalisa GR very nice very helpful lady . Good team work

CD02,All services are excellent. Especially Anjali secretary done a good job. House keeping ward girl Aamina is so helpful. Staff are so kind.
