DR VENKATESH SURAGANI, one of the finest doctors i ever had in apollo hospitals for his eminent and caring treatment towards patients. His treatment approach was very effective in both mentally and physically. I got covishield vaccine here on 31st May 2021. I gave my aadhar xerox with reference id on it and took the receipt for my payment. They even didn't update my vaccine status. It's still showing not vaccinated in cowin portal. Worst experience. Irresponsible behaviour. They are asking me to reschedule the appointment after my vaccination done.
ENT doctor is on time and explained the problem well and answered all questions clearly but hospital staff are not welcoming Recently visited for covid vaccination, as expected pathetic reception, worst management ...not at all organised! Don't ever consider this place for vaccination..very much disappointed
