Apollo Diagnostics - Diagnostic center in Vijayawada - Krishna, India

I need specimen.. They told to come at 8 AM ..They took the details and payment from me and they are saying to come at evening.From evening 6 PM onwards waiting here and now time is 8pm,nobody is responsing. irregular staff and varast behaviour...I am suggesting the citizens to go to another diagnostics for better response

Booked an appointment for sample collection two days prior.But no one visited to collect sample. When called no response is given.This type of irresponsible and worst behaviour is not expected when it comes to healthcare and that too during this pandemic.Wasted two days just for booking appointment.

Staff Are Irresponsible and no one attends calls after the report is sent. My name was typed incorrect and wanted to be corrected. But all the contact numbers they shared are switched off. I don't understand why the clinic is still open then.

Ambiance: Worst hygine and maintainance. It seemed to be a Govt. hospital. They made me to wait for the test next to a drainage area where mosquitoes doesn't allow to stand and stong bad smell makes you feel sick. Staff: Impolite and irresponsible behaviour. They have swipe machine working but bothered me to pay cash (2k) for a while. Didn't give bill until I insisted. Finally conclusion, not worth to go there. Suggest to find some better hygiene place.

I came at 5:30AM with Aadhar xerox and wrote a phone number on it, kept the Aadhar on chair at left side of Diagnostic, all are followed same pattern. At 6:30 one person is came and wrote serial no on all aadhars Serial wise 500Rs collected and called to test at 7:30AM Management is little bit good. 3/5

They never seemed like actually doing covid rtpcr test. From the past 15 days I have visited here to get covid rtpcr test done for myself and family members, everytime they were saying the same thing that we have done for today visit us tomorrow and if we go the next day they say the same. During this 2nd wave where transmission rate is very high instead of testing a greater volume of people they end up doing nothing.On top of it there were not enough labs to test out in the city. When testing itself is such a menace god knows what could be the situation of people who were in critical condition.

Covid test for international travel. Document's need - aadhar xerox, passport xerox, travel ticket. It takes atleast 6 to 7 hours to get the report. Small and simple place served the purpose...

I completely disappointed with this center service n hygiene .there no minimum cleanness .the parson (who taking samples for covid 19 test ) is through the sticks(swab sample sticks ) on floor even not in dustbin. There was no system at customer service counter.the plase also very congested.
