I have recently finished my 1-year braces treatment at this dental clinic. The treatment was flawless, and throughout it, Doctor Ravi Teja made sure my comfort was his utmost priority. Doctor Nanda Gopal performed an extraction, without causing any pain and did a short 10-minute procedure. Also, I would like to especially appreciate the rest of the staff including Sagar, Rajinikanth, and Vedavathi for their hard work. Would recommend this clinic to anyone looking to have a perfect smile.
Dr. Shalu was really helpful with sorting out my concerns and suggesting best procedures required for my teeth. However, I have to bring down the rating to 3 considering I asked them for a bill in person on two separate occasions (once during the visit and once 2 days later) but still did not receive a GST bill. When asked, the reception promised me the bill via email. It's been a week now and I have not seen this bill yet.
