The administration and processes are seamless... right from the baby shower event, counselling, admission procedures, delivery, right up to the discharge, everything was smooth and easy thanks to all the amazing staff here, a truly comfortable experience. I really loved the stay at Apollo cradle. The staff were very professional and also very warm at the same time. The entire experience made my recovery very speedy and well taken care of. I received the postpartum care I never knew I even needed. Everything was very clean and organised. Help was available 24x7 for both me and the baby. The comprehensive services provided were truly excellent, and I wish to express my gratitude for the dedication of the medical professionals, on-duty staff, and other team members. The doctors and nurses exhibited remarkable proactiveness in attending to both the mother and child. We benefited from consistent visits by doctors, nurses, paediatrician, lactation counsellor, and physiotherapist. We were genuinely pleased with the complete package the facility provided. However, there are a few drawbacks to mention. Firstly, there is a lack of a proper waiting area for relatives to wait or grab a meal. Secondly, the security personnel exhibited discourteous behaviour.
