Best hospital in indirapuram. Staff is very polite and cooperative. Admin support was exceptional in all matters from the date of admission to discharge, nurses were also kind,compassionate, and attentive. They made sure that my needs were met promptly and efficiently. I never felt rushed or ignored.

Last year my baby born in apollo cradle and children hospital,in 8 months pregnancy .than all staff cooprerated well and everything was done smoothly and properly.At the time of birth, my child's weight was 2 kg and with the good care of the doctor, he got well within a short time. Doctors, Nursing and admin staff is good and polite. But 1 of the house keeping staff who visited our room on very first 3 hours of the 1st day started to ask for money as we had a baby and that house keeping didn't had provided any room service to us. We came to know she was appointed by Apollo hospitals 2 days before only. Was disheartened to see such kind of Cheap behavior at Apollo hospitals. We went with Apollo Cradle on our doctors recommendation and goodwill of Apollo hospitals. Next Cheap behavior was noticed by the Vendors of Apollo hospitals for complimentary services like photograph and hand casting. Though Apollo claims to that these two things are complimentary but Vendors get chance to sell their additional services. We paid additional Rs. 5000 to get the soft copies of photographs and Rs. 1200 to get a cover on hand cast. So don't be excited on hearing that these two services are complimentary. You'll end up paying extra. Also Vendors won't give you time to think about the additional services. They'll pressurise you to decide immediately and behavior is pathetic. Especially of Casting Vendor. So seems that Apollo hospitals don't do proper background check of their staff and Vendors. Regarding charges won't comment as its a private hospital. Though they had shared the package cost with us before booking but never discussed in detail about the NICU charges. NICU charges are exorbitant. It's Rs. 22000 per day. So you should keep this in mind. If you have insurance then it's okay. But if you are paying from your own pocket, then you might end up paying very high amount for NICU. Overall it's good hospital as compared to the other hospitals.

After delivery we realised that our decision was absolutely correct to choose apollo for delivery. Everything was perfect, nursing staff, cleaning staff, doctors all are very polite and understanding. They all helped us a lot to provide best services. How can I forgot the food , really tasty and healthy. Special thanks to Richa who guide us from very beginning for choose package, provide upgraded room, decoration, newborn photography and casting. Everything was awesome. She visited time to time in my room for ask is everything fine ?. I highly recommend this hospital choose for delivery.

I had an amazing experience at Apollo Cradle Indirapuram. Doctors, Nursing Staff, Cleaning staff as well as the people from administration deptt are very experienced, cooperative and caring.NICU facility is excellent here. I was very afraid of hospitals before I visited here, and I must say they take every precaution to ensure safety. Special mention to the counsellor Ms. RICHA, too calm and treat very well.

Awesome experience. The nursing staff was amazing. The Value added services like photography and casting were superb. The front office staff was also very cooperative. Highly recommend this hospital for delivery.
