Apollo Clinic - Medical clinic in Tirupati - Chittoor, India

Firstly, will list out the CONS as I found many. 1) Washroom was "extremely dirty". The commode had seen better days. It was "stained and way past it's lifetime". 2) The exhaust system didn't seem to function fully. "THERE WAS NO HOOK" to hang our clothes inside the washroom, I mean how pathetic it is! Should one resort to place them on the floor or? How cheap is it to assume that one would use the door handle for the same purpose!? 3) The urinal was also stained and poorly maintained, the only silver lining being the "Hand wash liquid". 4) AC discharge water was leaking from the washroom ceiling. 5) X ray room equipment seemed dusty and old. 6) Disposable cups/ bottled water must have been placed for drinking water rather than the common steel tumbler, since people come here to get diagnosed we wouldn't want anyone to contract infections and diseases, would we? ( The reason I'm particular about this is I was provided with bottled water for my ultrasound exam at Apollo hospital Chennai, but sadly not here. They even provided a complementary breakfast post fasting blood sample collection!) Also, the price for master health package at both units falls around the 5000 range. 7) They missed out on including a chess x ray report which I had to collect by revisiting. 8) There wasn't even a sensor based height measurement device. The usual tape measurement. And now PROS: 1) The staff were thoroughly Professional. Displayed patient care. 2) The general physician Dr.Sangeetha was knowledgeable and displayed patience when answering my numerous queries. 3) The check up reports were provided on time as promised. The doctor was present at said time at the clinic. 4) Would recommend to anyone to prefer weekdays as I didn't face any hassle due to excessive patients. Cleanliness: 2/10 Patient care: 8/10 Professionalism: 8/10 Overall: a 6.5/10 Thank you for reading this long review. Good day!

We have visited for annual health checkup for my mother, the hospital and the washroom are very dirty, staff is also not treating well, there is only one gynaecologist we waited till 6pm from morning 10am, I'm not at all happy with their services.

Good service. But waiting time is more. All kind of health checkups are done here. Wash room maintenance is poor.

Worst Service by the Apollo Standards. You should be lucky not to get infections after visiting this Apollo Clinic. Dirty Washrooms, Floor, seating place, full of dust. Receptionist doesn't have any basic courtesy, manners to sit in reception in first place. Old equipment's. May be Washroom is not cleaned in ages, no hand wash as well. Total disappointment from Apollo Chain.

I visited this clinic for annual health checkup, reception persons are so good and the other staff treated me very well and reports are in time, overall happy to get checkup over here.

We are very happy with the treatment and behaviour of Dr. Venkatesh and as well as all the staff of Apollo Clinic. Dr. Venkatesh took care of every single issue which I had and gave me lot of positive strength during my hard time. We are really thankful & grateful to him.

Great experience. I have taken my mother to Apollo hospital Tirupathi and she recovered completely and we are very much satisfied with the hospital staff. They were professional and empathetic towards the patients. My sincere thanks to Dr Venkatesh our treating physician for treating my mom and also for patiently responding to all our queries .
