Apollo Clinic - Medical clinic in Surat - Surat, India

I think this is the only place in the Surat area OR South Gujarat for medical check up and vaccination for foreign visitors. So it's a compulsory visit. Overall experience is good. Place is compact - need some spacious arrangement.

Very helpful and polite staff. There was a rush but staff was managing so decently. Place is really clean n well organised. Even they are managing reports for different countries, they have developed simplest system to follow for everyone. Every staff member is very fast as well as soft helping for senior citizens as well. Thanks Apollo surat. Keep it up.

I visited here for check up... Service is good and staff is also polite but they don't have enough space for waiting area.. They instruct patients to wait outside of the clinic so that patient have to sat on the steps...

I think apollo should work on training of their staff regarding politeness. Most of staff members are rude and not cooperative. Long wait time, so better to book with another good chain or branch.

Worst customer experience ever. Ms Daxaben thinks she is the boss here. They won't print one photocopy for you. They won't give you a pen to fill the form. All staff behaves very rudely. If I knew all these earlier I wouldn't have booked for my tests here. I hope someone will read this review from staff and take an appropriate action.

Very fast service, nice seating arrangement in clinic and all body check up available here and doctor meet Physical and people who want USA and UK this clinic provide medical check up and all of country are allow the Apollo laboratory......etc

Very very bad behaviour of receptionist and poor communication sence with the patient. They dont know everyone has self respect and answers in your way. Receptionist intensnally take too much time to give report even report already ready.but do other work n say go outside n say come when I gave time at that time. So many patient come from outside but they didn't understand. Please appolo take a note of this ultimately it will be harmful...

Came to apollo clinic as I has medical appointment. Too small place, does not have place to set for people that comes to the clinic. I suggest to create more waiting area.
