It's a unit of Appolo groups of Hospitals. It has a neat and clean environment. A large of number of seats are there in waiting hall. Reception is well maintained and manned with skilled staff. Quality labs are there to render authentic test results in a well illustrated profarma which can be understood well easily, if any one has basic knowledge. A few doctors are resident and other doctors visit according to the schedule. The staff is well-behaved and tender their humble co-operation. I like and love it. Best wishes.
Facility is good but the service isn't up to the mark kindly go through the system too so that we can't face any kind of issue related to the appointment .it delayed everything that why we can't be on time to the other works . Kindly mention the time in which the duration is marked .
I went for skin specialist dr. Naresh Nagrath. He is highly experienced and very seriously treat their Patient. Thank you doctor I suffering from skin problem approx 3 years Fees.300 (2018) Timing: mon-tue (8am-) Dr. And his own staffs behavior is very polite and treat you very well. But apollo's own staffs are very rude. Now im free from skin disease. Dr. Clinic also in Deoria.
Worst experience ever i have found in this hospital . Reception person give more time to do the work and if i do the online appointment . I have made online appointments on 1 o'clock when i came to hospital given the late appointment after 1 hour and more then time . When i went to the doctor assistant he asked the problem . If i dont want to share the problem he said that you will go last when ill sent to you . Thankyou
Apollo family is good . But receptionist is not informative. Receptionist is like sitting for only for sallary,not for patient or coustomers. I can feel not good for this feedback but it's reality. Some more quality groww in Apollo clinic Gorakhpur,betihata branch. Thanks
