Worse experience ever. Registration has been done before at no 4 how ever suddenly it goes to no - 6. Patient came later in has been given priority where a senior citizen with physical disability kept on hold unnecessarily. The foundation has been first come first serve basis. Worse experience. The doctors are good but the centre are run by the worse people ever don't have any manners to talk. That is why Woodlands and other appolo centre are thriving but this Taratalla centre is worse than ever 200% unhappy

Very bad customer care.. they disconnect the calls without providing proper information. Apollo should hire a good customer care.

I went to Apollo tararalla for few tests to be done. For no reason i had to wait for two and a half hours unnecessarily. After the test was done the report provided to me was hand written and not correct as per my doctor. Again i was supposed to waste my money and time at Apollo tararalla clinic. Service is bad. Doctors doing the tests are also not upto to the mark thats y i had to repeat the tests.

They will force you to do all unnecessary Test that cost Rs. 4000. Doctors are Goods but clinic will rob you alive. One more th things, They also force me to do rating with 5 star. But I modify in home and added few more comments.

I visited Dr Sumit Chowdhury in Apollo clinic taratala for my mother in law's gallbladder stones issues, he was very ignorant & refused to do a proper check up, although I have paid his entire fees. Very bad behaviour.

Very bad atmosphere. They never respond to phone calls, and if they pick up, they lacks information. The staffs are not even aware of their doctor's qualifications. The only good facility they provide, is collecting blood samples from home, in case the patient is unable to come up. Few also complained that they had appointed a doctor on a given date, and on arrival they have been told that no such appointments were alloted. So its not a suitable place for emergency.

Worst lab ever. Worst behaviour, worst service, would never recommend. Would have given negative rating if it would have been possible. Would recommend you to book lab tests which costs more elsewhere rather than getting it done from here

Apollo Clinic near Taratala is in the heart of the city wherein patient's rush are mostly all the time from Behala, New Alipore, Majerhat, Budge Budge n surrounding areas.. Normally different types of tests are done here with a reasonable price...
