Apollo Clinic Silchar - Hospital in Silchar - Cachar, India

I recently visited Apollo Clinic Silchar for my sister and was extremely impressed with their service. The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive to my needs. The clinic was clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment. The doctors were knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. I highly recommend this perticular Clinic for their excellent service.

I came to this clinic twice, everything was good, including the behaviour of all the staff in the front desk, except one lady from the lab or some department. I don't know if she's a nurse or something, maybe she's a lab staff, she was a big lady. She screamed and yelled for nothing, it was just that I asked something about my lab report twice. I don't want to complain or anything, but it would be nice if you train and teach ur staff not to publicly misbehave or embarrass someone in a hall full of people. People pay their amount in your clinic and then get their treatment, which includes lab report of various tests as well. It is the duty of the concerned staff to give information about the treatment. If they can't, they should simply refuse, instead of yelling at someone.Public embarrassment can be a serious mental trauma to a person. No patient comes here for free. You're not doing me a favor by answering a simple question about my report. Just one bad apple spoils the impression of the whole bunch. Just my personal view. Cheers

Before this clinic started, people in silchar were able to get their treatment done from other clinics right?? So it's clear that APOLLO IS not the one and only & the star of all, it's new here so people are giving attention to it coming and getting their treatment done that also not for free. So THE UNPROFESSIONAL UNTRAINED STAFFS DON'T HAVE THE RIGHT TO MISBEHAVE WITH THE PATIENTS.. as I too am a Healthcare professional, I know that it may be frustrating sometimes but our service is to provide good service to the the patient and least we can do is to be polite with our patients. I request APOLLO to train their STAFFS. PLEASE KISI KO BHI KAHI SE BHII UTHAKR JOB MAT De dia karo jinko baat karne ki bhii dhang nhii malum. Specially the Receptionist who work with the radiologist too. They're are so ill mannered in front of all shouting giggling yuck.. Never saw such kinda of Unprofessionalism elsewhere. Even the road side chapri behaves well. Worst experience in APOLLO CLINIC SILCHAR WILL NEVER VISIT AGAIN.Thankyou

This incident occured in the month of April'23. I have to suffer a lot to draw the blood for performing various tests. I almost fainted and the person who was drawing the blood had to put needle for 3-4 times and was unable to draw blood from my vien. And he was giving excuse that, these kind of problem is being faced with some persons. I never had issue to provide blood in other diagnostic centre earlier. The person who draws the blood looks very unhygienic. Seeing his face and overall look, it seems that he just wakes up and comes to the clinic to draw blood at morning.

I will not say anything, I have given 5 stars because there is nothing else...Apollo Clinic your service is excellent just it
