Not good as before , cold food and skipped 1 time lunch , telling me they don't have bed and put me in emergency but others who came after me, they all got bed . Clothes are very dirty , bed sheets are disgusting, unprofessional way of talking most nurse and a female doctor don't know the name , this was 5th time I'm here but this time I got worst experience ever. I will never come here again , medical is far better now.
Overall service, management and behaviour of the staffs is quite good.. they are helpful.
I found the lady, on the other side of the phone, very helpful when I asked the details about BMD test. If the appointment is taken for early-afternoon you don't have to wait and you will be given the report within minutes.
Unorganized staffs. Nurse leaves doctors room without notifying doctor and keeps patient and doctor waiting resulting unnecessary time waste. Staffs are only eager to take a copy of prescription but supports customer less.
It was fast this time surprisingly. I am an old service available so I can see the change. Good improvement in terms of staff behaviour and waiting period.
Reception is very polite, efficient and helpful. Doctors are experienced. The labs are well staffed. Basically waiting times are not too long particularly on weekdays. Overall good experience.
