Staff is untrained to collect the covid samples . It's handled roughly that can damage the nasal cavity, olfactory nerves or any other part of the nose. The sample collection cabin/ room (doesn't fit in any of these) has two small round windows the one similar to a ticket counter and based on the ability to move their hand as per that space they insert the swabs in the nose and mouth which is inappropriate as the hand movement is limited. I am sceptical about the authenticity based on the way samples are collected here. Also, don't forget the details of the doses you took they will need it. They need to level up to match the brand name. Staff otherwise is polite.
No physician available after 6 pm. As no one could be sick after 6 here in rewari. They just leave by 7 or be in emergency to earn extra every time I went there.
