The clinic operations is very good . The clinic remains opens from 7am to 9pm and on Sundays also. They have prompt service. The X-Ray department is too good. They have good technicians and we'll behaved. The Centre Manager is very helpful in all regards and Co-ordinate with all. Reception staff is very humble and answers to all queries with patience. The overall services of the centre is very good. One of the best Diagnostic Centre in South Kolkata.

Well managed, all under one roof clinic. Several good doctors available. They also offer home collection at nominal charge. Online report available. Staff well behaved. Location is excellent.

Overall the Clinic service is very good. They give proper information and guide the patients very well. They have well equipped dental department with modern treatment. Cardiology department doctors are very good. They have well renowned doctors attached from Apollo hospital. I highly recommend this clinic to all for all the services. Management staff are very helpful.

Very Cordial behaviour of the pathological ECG and ophthalmology staff and doctors but the consultation doctors behaviour is not only rude but also having no patience to hair the others and receiving desk madam is puppet of consultation Doctor. The cost of test in this Apollo is more. Also this does not come under the umbrella of other Apollo clinic which is available from Apollo 24x7 app. Also there packages are costly than other Apollo clinic or for that matter other clinics in the locality. If doctor suggest some test they will not give you any suggestion but will always calculate individual test so that the bill amount is high. The same tests with addition may be available at lower cost as part of Package but no one will guide you to go for that. I would urge the management of this clinic to focus more on customers rather than always trying to make profit.

Everybody is competent, friendly and makes you feel so at ease. Management is doing a great job. The centre head maam has been a great support in terms of my report delivery and doctor's appointment. Thank you so much. I will not hesitate to come back for my tests.
