Very professional. Well behaved, well trained and customer oriented staff. They handle the rush in morning hours very nicely. Cleanliness is good. The doctors attend the patients very nicely. Simply perfect! One star reduced just because of one reason..... Their tie up with a nearby restaurant "pocket idli" for breakfast is a wrong decision. The restaurant is spoiling Apollo Clinic's reputation. Or else I would have given all 5 star for sure.

I was here for annual health checkup sponsored through company. You need to reach early as usually on saturdays there is rush. The processes are pre defined and they follow it one by one. They stopped providing breakfast. You will receive sms to view reports online. How ever you can visit to them after 3 days to collect. I would suggest to call them before going to collect the report. They do have covid vaccination facility. Physiotherapy lady was very rude and my suggestion would be to avoid her. Rest were all friendly and helpful. Front desk ladies, keep on judging you however do their work so not much of concerning issue. Dr sameer is friendly and helpful with consultation. Overall its a good center with enough facility to have your annual checkup.
It's good. Went here for company sponsored medical checkup. The staffs were friendly and kind enough to let me know about things that are happening. Consultants were also good so far.
Over crowded. Worst experience i ever had ..... Don't even think to go and have a checkup.... Hats off to them....who is still running this centre successfully .........
Today I visited this place for my annual check up under corporate plan via Progno. The place is congested. Reception staff is not courteous. Systems are poor and lack of clear communication.Availability of qualified staff is limited and it takes your day to finish few tests. I came at 8:30 and it's 14:00 hrs and still waiting for more than 2 hrs for doctor to arrive for my 2 D Echo test. Overall very disappointing experience.

the receptionist named Sneha has no manners to talk to patients, they just treat us as only we need them they don't need us. Doctors leave early even when a appointment is scheduled and patient comes as per the provided slot. And when asked about the appointment the receptionist in a rude manner answers that she never saw the appointment on her machine. This is very common answer which she gives to anyone. Because she is not attentive at her work.
