I felt that their lab charges are much higher than what other labs are charging. Their doctors write unnecessary medication and tests. Their nurses are well trained and professional.

This clinic in madipakkam is very neat and tidy. All staff are supportive. From Doctors, reception,staff nurse, including technicians for Xray, ultrasound, echo etc, all of them were very helpful.The best part is they were able to schedule each and every test at a particular time. Very good facility. Happy on getting a Painless blood sample collection for the first time. Thanks to all.

Good service and they maintained discipline. Keep it up. Especially receptionist Ms.Divya and team, Xray department, ECG, and haematology department. Expecting the same service in the future. Only suggestion is to minimise waiting time for the department function. Especially for some of the services we need to wait for longer. Only one area where they need to focus. Management should take a call on this otherwise overall very good service.

Joseph the manager of this clinic did an excellent job. He actually helped me to get the report faster and helped me to quicken my hospital procedure. Even though I initially gave a star because of the behavior of the in-house staff the manager is excellent, very pious and polite in handling clients. He did an awesome job. Thank you very much, sir.
