Apollo Clinic - Medical clinic in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

Very poor experience. I had visited for planned health checkup, which was pre-paid. I was provided with an appointment. Despite the appointment and reaching before time, it took more than 90 mins to even get started. Despite having a receipt of the money paid, they were not able to even find the payment details which further delayed the start of the process. Not all the tests were completed in one visit as one of the technician didn't turn up. So had to again go back in the evening and wait another 1 hour. Overall not well managed.

I visited Dr.Bindu who is CP in Apollo clinic and got good consultation and treatment and went on RTI case and she took care through out treatment on time and she humbly listens problem of health and then treated in right by guiding also something whenever required and staff also good in assist level .

This is the trusted clinic which is very near to our apt. This is one stop for all health issues. The doctors are good and the system for attending patient is very nice. There is vaccination drive on and the clinic has maintained all the measures for safe vaccination. The process is smooth and hurdle free. Not too many people at one time and slots are managed very effectively. The staff is very helpful and clinic cleanliness is very well maintained. Thanks Apollo Clinic Bellandur for this facility and helping us in this difficult times.

I have been to this clinic multiple times last month and found it to be pretty average. Does not meet the standards of other franchise clinics. Pros Staff is ok and supportive. Cons Very chaotic place and not well managed. Layout is very poor, particularly the first floor. I would say it is a major fire hazard. Consultation rooms are small and basic. No parking. Does not seem disabled friendly at all. Overall feels like an average clinic in a tier 2 town.

Donot know how this clinic got such good rating.i came here for health check up.Poor management, no AC ,fully suffocating. Ultarsound is pathetic.there is no privacy to clean the body after ultrasound. TMT machine didnt work for almost 10 mins due to lose contact.

They charged 10300 for health checkup, but they didn't have proper opthal screening tools. The physio and audiology doctors were complete waste. Also, we had to wait few more days to get gynac consultation.Not sure, how they got 4.5 star rating and is under Apollo Hospitals

Our appointment was booked for 10:30 am by the Apollo representative. We came here and we were made to wait for 2 hours. I understand Apollo is running a business, but a healthcare company of your standards should do better. Money is not everything. Patients who are happy will bring in more money for your business. Just book the time for when a slot is available instead of cramming 10 people for the same time slot. Don't be greedy for money. Money will come when you treat people right. And no I don't want to email your representative.

It's been good hospitality by the staffs. Sujata was so welcoming and kind. Good clinic anyone can prefer.
