Good management Good hospitality Experienced doctors And well trained nurse's Note : Not organised ( if we stand to see a doctor in queue it should be organised like one by one ) Last one - if a corporate employee come to do health checkup ( it should be related to office work health checkup like audiology for ears ( we use headphones for all day in office )

To start with Cleanliness is Top notch here. I had my concerns around the Quality of service by the doctors who did Ultrasound and Echo. Firstly, while doing ultrasound my bladder was never full and since the doctor was in a hurry to leave, he went ahead with the scan. Looks like they have part time docs. And the Echo doc was supposed to be there by 11, however reached only by 12.30. And the reports what they had given is incorrect. While we pay so much for the premium service, we would expect the quality of work by the doctors as well. A bit disappointed.. On the next day, while collecting the report couldn't check with doc as she was out leave. And no backup docs available. Wow.. Lastly, we have to remove slippers/shoes but all the staffs are wearing the same which is used outside. Didn't understand the logic behind it.

Excellent Hospitality..from Front office to Lab Technician all staffs are very kind and friendly. Good Heart people's. Thank you Apollo clinic valasaravakkam Team Special Note: I came to Apollo clinic,valasaravakkam for Pre Employment Test since am joining in Apollo Hospitals,Greams Rd, chennai. Initially I thought They won't allow me inside to take test. Coz I got wet in a heavy rain since I was travelled on my bike for 1 hr 30 minutes in that heavy rain. I went with full of . But while am entering the clinic the front office staffs welcomed me casually with out showing any face I was surprised like seeing them they have not reacted with me.. I said that i will wait outside till the tests.. But they compelled me to sit inside and they told we will put morph for that dont worry nu Then in xray test the person who treated me very politely and also ECG was done by a female staff nicely with clear knowledge she advised me to take care of my BP Even while taking the test i feel shy coz of my wet. But the staffs didn't think abt that..they told u come we will take care nu All the staffs are friendly that they are well known to meI was happy with all staffs they were really good heart personsI really proud to be part of Apollo Employee in future. After seeing these kind of peoples in the organization All staffs need to be appreciated

It's absolute disappointment, i went for corporate health checkup but this clinic cum hospital is not having basic sense in terms of how to handle the patient. 1) Ultrasound done with empty bladder. They are not even bother to advise patient 2) Echo Waited also 3 hrs but staff was not available 3) consultant Dr..too much arrogant, she want physical copies of blood test reports..gods knows why. She even deny to evaluate the reports 4) staff quality is miserable/ not competent specially optho 5) consultant Dr comes as per her convenience late ..then what the sense of appointment at 8am

Staff assistance is good. Final doctor review needs improvement, she is showing urgency even there is no crowd. The ambiance is good except toilet or restroom, need improvement.

Nice patient service from doctors, nurses and technicians. I gave 5 stars when i first visited. Today i came to collect my report and for consultation for health checkup. The general physician didn't respond properly. She told me i have infection i responded i am having stomach pain but still didn't game me medicines or some other recommendation. I asked for second opinion in the reception they told me to come tomorrow even though i said i am in pain now i could even eat lunch.

Went to Apollo clinic at Valsaravakkam for a shoulder injury and pain . The psysiotherapy Doctor Pavithra K was very good . Her diagnosis and treatment was effective and efficient . She constantly assessed proactively my progress and altered the treatment for improvement and healing . The support staff at reception were good and quickly had the billing etc done . Well done
