Clinic is good and staff is supportive. Waiting time during evening is high and that may be bit annoying. Doctor charges are similar to that of Apollo hospitals, nthg less. I made an appointment for general physician and doctor was really good and gave sufficient time to understand the problem and suggest the medication. There is sufficient space is sitting area and the place is well maintained. They have various plans for family doctor on monthly and quarterly basis.

They don't care about patients. My mother's BP was 190 when we arrived for gynaecology visit. For such dangerously high value, they should've first given her an injection or emergency medicine before proceeding with other consultation. Instead they totally ignored it and gave medicines for a week. On top of it, medicines were totally ineffective. She took it for a week and her BP was still ~170. We consulted a local doctor who gave her medicine which normalised her BP. Will never ever visit Apollo. Such insensitive to patient's life.

I visited here for health checkup (Corporate). It took around 4 hours to conduct all the tests (pre meal and post meal). The staff is highly trained, polite and friendly. Clinc location is easily reachable and office is well hygiened. Overall the experience was good, Highly recommend.

Services provided by the clinic were really professional and staff was very courteous; especially the staff nurse Ms. Neha S. who was very polite in answering all my questions and explained what the tests are about and what will it measure. The centre manager was very kind enough to arrange for my hard copy report delivery as I had a special (unfavourable) situation. Thanks for the prompt services.

My experience was good with the clinic. I went for the preventive health checkup I got as part of my company's insurance policy along with my wife on a Friday at 8:30 AM. There was absolutely no rush, the staff was very helpful. We both got free within an hour.

Good and well managed diagnostic center. Good pool of docotrs. Seems they have tieup with good coroporates for medical check up. All kind of regular checks including dental and eye wgichbis rare in diagnostic centers. Only problem is higj wait time. It took around 4 hrs for complete checkup, still work is satisfactory with cooperative staff.

Worst experience here. The lab stays too crowded and you are treated like a herd of animal. The sample collection guys work in haste and my veins had swelling because the person was trying to collect the sample fast

I came here for my check up through corporate booking. The lab is clean and staff is also good. They are cooperative and polite. Only thing i would suggested to increase their man power as there is rush at this lab and it takes much time for the test completion.
