I recently took physiotherapy sessions with Dr. Alpana Chowdhary at Apollo Clinic. I was suffering from sciatica, and was struggling to walk and sleep. Dr. Alpana is extremely knowledgeable, and she was able to explain my pain in a way that I could understand. After just a few weeks of treatment, I started to feel so much better. She also taught me a lot of exercises that I can do at home to help manage my pain. She is an amazing physiotherapist, and I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for relief from pain and improved mobility.

I took appointment with Dr. Alpana Chaudhary ma'am for treating my lower back pain along with other muscular problems in adductor muscle group. I was postponing my treatment since 2-3 months and it all became a problem together. She diagnosed my problem in the 1st session itself and put s combination of other treatments such as cupping,needling, vibration machine to cure the painful areas.
