Apollo Clinic Dhanbad - Medical clinic in Dhanbad - Dhanbad, India

The staffs are supportive. If you are admitted to any hospitals they perform tests for Covid there. I have not seen the same to be performed at the clinic. The worst part about this place is that the Doctors are never available. They have to be called to reach the clinic. Meanwhile the patients are still waiting for hours. I recommend not to opt for x-ray of tooth or CT scan as the technician is not versed and ct scan procedure is not operational. You won't find the doctors available here even for the that x-ray. Please look for an alternate.

Worst experience first time! I had booked an appointment via website and went to the clinic at per the slot. However to my surprise neither my appointment was confirmed by the clinic nor the doctor was available. I was given a silly logic that clinic will confirm the appointment. I had booked the same in the morning at 7:44 AM and these guys didn't had time till 6:30 PM to confirm the appointment. No follow-up was done as well. The receptionist and the girl available was not trained and was simply arguing. Also, as per then the center manager "Aman Singh" was not available as well. These guys should be ashamed of themselves by providing such irresponsible and pathetic service being in a health care department. Wouldn't recommend anyone going there as they are simply ruining Apollo brand name as well.

Very bad experience. Staff in the reception area doesn't have proper know-how regarding the test and the delivery of reports. On my fathers request and brand name, I have gone there with my fathers for few blood test and chest X-ray. Registration process takes hell lot of time. They didn't do the chest X-ray probably there was rush for HR CT scan now a days. One of the staff was saying X-ray is happening, other was telling X-ray machine is not working.. there was lot of miscommunication within them. Regarding blood test I still haven't received one important report after five days. Irony is, they still don't have proper answer when will I receive the report after regularly Visting the clinic. What kind of service Apollo clinic is providing? Only brand name doesn't help... you need to have good knowledgable staff, proper communication and good service for the price a patient/customer is paying. It's sad to see Jharkhand has very very poor medical infrastructure and facilities in pandemic crisis. 12.05.2021 After two extra days that's still don't know about the report. It's really funny to get a reply due to COVID situation it's taking time. IL6 is a costly test and report doesn't take a week time. I consulted few doctors in Dhanbad they told me maximum of four days if they are getting it done from outside the state. It's it shameful to give such an excuse in reply. Sorry to say it's a worst experience I have with any Apollo clinic Dhanbad. Although I always recommend Apollo hospital in Delhi and got good services out there since I live in Delhi, but I will never recommend Apollo clinic Dhanbad because of such pathetic services they provided in the difficult times of mine in a Dhanbad.. .. when the reports are prime importance to me Apollo Dhanbad delayed everything... I had to get other test done for my father from different lab. Now it's a complete waste of money and the stress they given us is irreversible and unacceptable. Hope they understand the situation of family

So far the best clinic in Dhanbad and the peripheral region. I had a wonderful experience at the clinic as the doctor was very patient. I had a recurring dental problem. It was diagnosed and treated earlier as well, but of no use. My problem was finally solved after getting treated at apollo clinic dhanbad.

Had a terribly bad experience. The staff is super confused and failed to provide accurate information. i had to literally plead on multiple occasion for them to mail my test report and after giving an ultimatum after waiting for days, they shared it over whatsapp. My suggestion would be to try and avoid this test clinic given the money they charge Vs the service they provide. Horrible Experience !!!

Very bad experience.. My appointment was at 10:30 AM but doctor came around 01 PM.. Very irresponsible behaviour.. The staff were continuously telling in 5 min doctor will come..Lastly I called the doctor he told that he was about to reach but he came after 2 hrs.

Worst service, doctor never on time. Very bad with schedule and appointments. Had to go three times to avail the service. service also very bad

All staffs are very nice specially billing staffs are very supportive.. Clinic is very neat and clean.. All diagnostic facilities available here.
