Had a visit here in Appolo clinic, all the test were good on priority with care. I very very fortunate to meet sister Rajeshwari, she was very kind have lot of patience to get the tests done. I strongly recommend this place for any tests.

I was here for my preventive health checkup. This location is easy to find and parking is available for 2 wheelers in ground floor. The staff were cooperative, took my samples and tested them well and provided the reports in 3 days. I had to follow up with them to check whether the reports were ready. This could have been avoided if they had given me timely updates. There were 2 tests they gave me complimentary ie., Dental and hearing.. the dentist did preliminary checkup and told me issues with teeth. But he didn't write the diagnosis on a paper saying it's just a free test and he wouldn't write unless I get an appointment seperately with paid consultation. Coming to hearing test, this was very unpleasant. The audiologist made me go for hearing test despite of knowing infection in my ears. As expected he could provide that I have hearing loss and made me pay 700rs for the test. I thought this was complimentary, but I had to pay 700rs hard earned money. When I showed my ears to ENT specialist, they told me that hearing loss was due to fungal infection. It was treated and now I am able to hear properly. The audiologist could have told me the charges in advance and this could have been avoided.

Very good staff. Quite supportive. Vinutha.N helped us throughout the health check process and get it done seamlessly without much waiting time. Would definitely Recommend this place.

Giving 2 stars because simply they're wasting our time. They asked us to come at 4pm and the doctor came at 5.30pm. It was for ultrasound so had to drink lot of water. As a clinic they should already be knowing how long anyone can wait without passing urine after drinking 1L of water or any drink. Then comes the queue, lot of people were waiting for ultra sound testing, fortunately ours was token number 1, I pity the token number 10 and beyond as they were also waiting from 4pm. Horrible management. They did not even switch on the AC and no fans installed. It was suffocating. Only after complaining they switched it on. The doctors were good but as a clinic they fail a lot. Some staffs are good. Overall horrible service.

Zero time management, receptionist take ages to respond, though you take an appointment, it's not accounted and the clinic also don't work on first come first basis. Hospital people from nowhere brings patients and send then on priority. I had to wait for about 2 hrs after taking an appointment and paying 650/- consultation. Pathetic service (No complaints about Doctor though) Not recommended to people who value time.

Worst experience..!!! They will do all drama and give you appointment not 5-8days before and suddenly call you a day before you booked your appointment and tell, you need to walking-in and have a waiting period because the Doctor slot is changed. Then why the hell you made me wait 8days to meet the doctor and ask me to walkin. It's all business. They don't even care if the patient have an emergency or what soever. They don't even bother to meet patient requirements and apologise. The receptionist sitting is happy to offer cancellation on my appointment even if am upset on sudden change of slot. She give a dam about patient's health. They are minting money with all this nonsense.

We went for full body check up in this Apollo Clinic JP Nagar and the staff were not attentive and there is no one at the reception to answer any queries. We have to chase them to get the required tests done. Very pathetic despite spending so much money. The hospital reception manager was busy with her world. We have to wait for hours to get the attention of the reception staff to get our tests done. There is no guidance at all for the patients not just in my case but observing the fellow patients too. I request management to check the Cctv footages time to time to understand what efficiencies staff are making. I completely agree with your slogan, unmatched care ( Compared to other clinics who looks after patient's needs), you guys are no where close to the hospitals which are at least average. I will definitely not return to this clinic which is unmatched to my expectations.

I recently visited a clinic in South Bangalore and had a fantastic experience. The clinic was impeccably clean, and the coordination among the staff was truly remarkable. I would like to give special recognition to Rajeshwari mam from the TMT department for her exceptional care and attentiveness. If you are in need of a health checkup, I highly recommend visiting this clinic. You won't be disappointed!
