Apollo Clinic - Medical clinic in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

Came in for corporate check up. Systematically done. No time waste. Even ultra sound was done quickly without much waiting time. Vasavi on ECG and treadmill was very helpful. So were all the others in the team. Only one major setback is front office. The person there hardly communicates and is not well versed to answer routine queries.

PATHETIC Service is very poor. We have been waiting for an IVF room for 45 minutes. Patient was finding it very difficult to sit due to weakness as she hadn't been able to have food the previous day. The nurse says she is going to arrange for a room and no updates even after repeated reminders. Really very poor service. After arguing with the nurse We have been told they informed the doctor that there is no room and we can either wait for 30 mins or go home and come back later Also the nurse come and tells me the charges n I was like mam first you provide us the IVF and then will make the payment.

I got an appointment through the Apollo phone support line and when I reached there on time, doctor was not available. No one informed me beforehand and when I called the helpline, they were not even sorry about it. The Rep I spoke to was totally un-empathetic and even started arguing with me. They don't have an escalation/complaints team and if they do, it's not easy to reach them. Even the lab here is of low standards. I saw my blood samples yet to be tested lying in a hot room in direct sunlight. When I questioned the technician she was least bothered. Overall a bad experience with Apollo which confirms what my friends warned me about.

Slow. Expect to wait for a long long time. Even if you book for 8am, better to come at 830-9

They don't pick up your call so that you can inform them that you are in traffic and you'll be a little late. And when you reach there, just 10 mins late, doc has already left the clinic and the receptionist bluntly tells you this that doc has already left. Its you who has to hustle in between. Pathetic services. Docs are good but services need to be much better.

Its's pathetic. Let me share my experience - 1. Blood test person is not wearing gloves 2. The place is totally run down.. dusty, dirty.. 3. Totally unorganised.. they keep pulling you in different directions, nobody has a clue about the sequence of tests 4. No uniform for staff, people are in their home dresses.. 5. Boxes lying around.. its looking like a store room 6. Doctors are busy chatting with each other.. patients are waiting

I have visited Apollo clinic for annual health checkup. All the staffs are very nice and cooperative. They guided me throughout the process and took care of all the procedures step by step and very quickly. They got all the tests done within couple hours!

Let's me start with saying that the doctors are good. But the worst staff, have no sense of time and how to manage patients. If you are coming here , be ready to wait, a lot. Pro tip, talk the attendant (receptionist) multiple times in beginning to make sure they know you are here. Some how they are very slow.
