Overall experience is good. Well organised, there are so many representative to guide u about your next test or about the procedure and if u have any query, u can talk to them very easily. Prior appointment is required.
Hospital is clean and nit, but don't come here for health checkup. The lack of management is in process of health check up. First the management have to provide the training to their health check up organise staffs. All staffs only buffering here and there.
Pros: 1. Cleanliness and hygiene. 2. Majority of diagnostics under one roof. 3. Packages in health check up good. 4. Majority of doctors are good, polite and understanding. 5. Doctors list.. You will get majority of regular specialist under one roof. 6. Preventive health check up includes early morning breakfast you don't need to roam around roads for food for post food tests. Cons: 1. No one helps understand preventive health inspection and pricing at reception. 2. Huge wait time in case of ENT and stress test.. Majority of time doctors visit clinic late where as clinic calls you early in morning and keeps you waiting till mid of day. 3. In case you are in waiting area no doctors calls you whatever time you are waiting outside even when they are free. Normally doctors assistance calls patients name..
Very poor rrsponse from the front office. My blood test reports have not come evem after 24 hours passed. Normally other labs respond faster What is the use of having reports if receivedl late. They do not reply also Very unprofessional

Pathetic service... Doctors are not available; patients are forced to wait unnecessary as there is no one to attend... Medical checkup was within fraction of seconds as if it just formality. Support staff is good and cooperative, but they are helpless as doctors are not available Pls do not assume that coming early will have any advantage as they will ask to come early, you will have to wait until 12-1 PM or more
