They cancelled my doctor's appointment just for 10 mins delay that too without any intimation. They were contradictory in their own statement when I did cross questioning. My earlier rating was 5 star but this instance forced me to change my rating to 1 star. Very unsupportive behaviour.

Good and friendly staff behavior. The clinic is neat and clean. I visit here for face treatment. my face still needs some better change I guess. I would suggest they reduce the waiting time before starting the treatment. Overall, good experience.

The worst kind of place I have ever been to with very improper regulation and attitude issues of receptionist. They charge you obnoxiously according to your face value. One only good thing was they collected blood sample from home. I was showing myself to Kavita Mandal and I have in my entire life not been to such a disgraceful and worthless human being who brings down entire medicine fraternity. She has time and again ignored my messages and calls and texts. And once she has received my call and answered very rudely. She hardly gives 4-5mins to her patients as if she is always in hurry. I would never recommend such a pathetic lady to anyone. Still today I donot what exact has happened to me. And I am a PCOD patient first time diagnosed with hammoragic cyst of 2.8*2.2cm . And am under no medication. Attaching few snaps which will prove her insincere behaviours towards her patient I have paid all her consultation charges but till today I donot know or heard from her what exactly has happened to me and what lifestyle changes needs to be done. She doesn't talk without reports. She doesn't listen to her patients concern at all. In the day of mahalaya I drove 1hr traffic at Chinar Park and had given prior intimation that I'm being late but when I reached she just walked off my face. That is what she is. Please never visit her in same form of mind.
Behaviour of the Apollo staffs are not good and well professional, rude behaviour. Gynecologist Dr Ankita Monda also was not behaved good, irritated most of the time while speaking to us (the patient). Overall there's a worst experience of mine I can share. Not even eligible for a single star! Village clinics are Better than it.
Doctor is very good and all the nursing staffs of Apollo clinic Chinarpark are very nice, co-operative and we'll behaved. Well experienced. I am experiencing this and availing this clinic service since 2017. Thanks once again for all of your service.
