Very helpful and efficient staff. quick service .i felt the care which we look for when we go to doctors was there at the centre.I am visiting from bangalore and was not sure how it wil be..I came out very satisfied

Very good service. Clinic is inside city centre . Apart from regular services they provide rtpcr test, covid vaccination .

Worser than a typical govt hospital. Their mentioned timing is 7 am to 7 pm at kannur branch. I ( all people who came) came for rtpcr test on sunday. Look at the queue ( in the picture). Now time is 8 15 AM. No one attended. I pointed out the timing, the only lady available said cashier will come soon. It's already 1.15 minutes late... such a pathetic management .

Had very bad experience with Appolo clinic Kannur, they don't even care about people time and patience. I was instructed to come over for scan without mentioning any time. So I reached the place and was waiting for my turn. After waiting for an hour,i just enquired how long should I wait. The response I got was " just 5 more patients". I just waited another 2 hours. By that time almost 10 patients went inside for scan. When asked about why another extra 5-6 people went ahead of me. The answer I got from another lady was " we already informed that this particular scan will be done only after 2pm." which is after another 1 hour. If that was the case why these people asked me to come over for the scan morning itself. They don't even care anyone's time. Based out of my previous experience with Appolo. I won't suggest others to go Appolo. Both the doctors doing the scan over there are available @different Hospital(MadhavRao) where atleast you won't face this much time wastage. And I hope scaning charges might also be lesser. So think twice before you go there.

Very pathetic service, even dont know how to take blood sample. We need to bring even blood sample for checkup.

If you are going for booked vaccination try to reach given time only. don't go early. Enter via back side of city center.

Good hospitality.... Excellent Service.. so fast and quickly way to take action..... place.. Doctors, Nurses all of are understanding value of time... Thanks great job .....
