The scheduling of tests was a nightmare. Instead of streamlining the process and ensuring that patients can have all their tests done consecutively, I was asked to visit the clinic multiple times for different check-ups. This not only wasted my time but also added to my inconvenience. It's frustrating to have to make multiple trips for what should be a straightforward medical examination. The wait times at the clinic were excessive. It's understandable that some waiting is inevitable, but the extended delays only added to the overall negative experience. Waiting for extended periods only served to heighten my frustration and discomfort. I had high hopes for Apollo Clinic, given its reputation, but my experience left me deeply dissatisfied. I would strongly caution anyone considering a visit to this clinic in VV Mohalla, Mysuru, to think twice. There are surely better healthcare options in the area that offer more efficient and respectful service. I won't be returning to this clinic, and I hope that my feedback will prompt them to make much-needed improvements in the future.
