My dad was admitted in apollo hospital sowcarpet branch during 27 may 2019 due to stroke attack. They do not have proper diagnosis method, which has caused delay in my father treatment. No facility in local hospital for such a big brand name. Because of delay in treatment he got partially paralyzed on right side. If proper treatment was given on proper time then he would have been cured completely. As a result my family was facing bad situation because delay in of my father treatment. Doctor was careless, as a result of their carelessness my life was in trouble.
Faced a very bad experiment with emergency care for my dad during 2017. I infact lost my dad due to their Pathetic casualty set up, as I believed the brand Appollo would somehow save him even at the last moment. Their casualty set up lacks qualified doctors for emergency care. The duty doctors were not sure about what to do during emergency and were waiting for orders from their superiors. The care by their nurses was also of very bad quality, though their assistants, cleaners or helpers were good in patient care. Don't opt for it. I am not sure about current status though.
Emergency procedures pathetic.. found the security sleeping then the nurse then the pharmacist and the ti e was 0430 hrs.. no disappointed to see the response considering the so called reputation.. I think o ly their main branch is good.. rest avoidable
Apollo mint branch worst experience poor obstetrical care landed my baby in admission to neonatal i.c.u in child trust. due to late arrival of doctor. No NICU here so plz don't choose mint branch for obstetrical care.
A lot different from the main branches,i dont know whats the reason,the main branches are well infrastructur, well furnished, neat & clean,big waiting rooms but the facilities isn't here.
Its no longer Apollo City Centre, they have handed over the hospital to a new management under the name Shaarave Hospital
