Came here to get an ultrasound for pregnancy care around 9am! I'm in my second trimester. Waited for 3 hours to get ultrasound. After 12pm the lady at the counter-6 wrote down a time which is to collect report. Basically asked me to come around 4pm to pick it up. I bit my tongue and stayed patiently for it. So I came around 4pm hoping to collect my report. Right now it's past 4:31pm. Only god knows how long it's going to take to provide further notice. The lady at the counter with green saree basically commented saying "if I say 4pm doesn't mean the report will be available exactly at that time, just wait in that corner please just sit down"!! All I have been doing is SIT DOWN & wait!! No sense of urgency or understanding from anyone here. THERE NEED TO BE A BETTER SYSTEM IN APOLLO HOSPITAL FOR WAIT TIME AND HOSPITALITY MANNERS ESPECIALLY FROM WOMEN WHO WORK HERE! Mostly every one sounds so freaking rude as if patients are bothering them.

Clean and well maintained hospital for kids. Front desk and staff were friendly and well assisting. Dr.Latha was very kind and polite answering to all our queries. We took our daughter for general checkup for her eyes and throat. She quickly referred to Orthoptist Dr.Srikanth on same day and it was smooth process. Dr.Srikanth was also good. He checked kid's eyes and provided suggestions on improving vision.

Only god knows how long it's going to take to provide further notice. Excellent hospitality, Doctors, sisters and every staff were very polite and connected very very with children. Medication were explained clearly to attenders. Hospital is well equipped and maintained with cleanliness. Admission and discharge process were processed at instant for both cash and Insurance.Mohan, Rishanth and Alwin from Admission coordinated politely and rapid.

Hospital was so neat and well maintained. I visited 2nd floor for scanning and blood test. Floor was well maintained especially Rajeshwari and Karpagam maintain the floor and they treat the patient as nice. Thank you so much for kindness act.

The ambience of the hospital was very good. Both hygiene and infrastructure of the hospital is top notch. The services received from the hospital staff is one of the best. The Doctors and the nurses were very helpful and friendly.

I have been waiting here since 10:30. Now it is 12:15. I had an appointment at 10:30. Why did you make an appointment if there is no doctor? There are many patients but not enough people to provide services. I did not expect to get such service in a world class hospital.

No complaints abt the treatment. But the hospital is sorely lacking in streamlined process of billing and discharge. I was made to wait for 30 min just to receive the bill. Then the bill counter person after another 10 min wait told me that i cant pay the bill without registering my child. This process took another 10 min. I dont understand why i should pay 300 Rs and register my child before i can pay the bill.
