Urology surgery was best I had a truly amazing experience at Apollo during my father's RIRS surgery. Dr. Roy John, the urologist, impressed me with his confidence and simplicity. We had previously consulted many 'big' hospitals in Ernakulam, but cost wise and technique wise, Apollo was best. The hospital's cost for the surgery was 83K which is the lowest compared to other places. Believe me. I don't know about other departments or OP. But this was nice. Additionally, the Apollo 24/7 app provided a fantastic all-in-one solution for health records and results.

I was scared for delivery and I came to meet Dr Elizabeth in 8th month..I got lot of confidence from her..She is pleasant and warmth explained every thing to the core in a sweet way.. I opted for LDRP where husband and mother could be with me..The atmosphere was very comfortable where everyone was supporting me nurses -Sibi,Gloria,Reenu,Luxy and doctors psychological support -Dr Anjali,Dr Nabeela,Dr Deepthy ,Dr anjana..It was a marvelous team work..I choose epidural delivery where painless delivery anesthetist helped us..We were really blessed to have delivery in Apollo .. LDRP has baby resuscitation facility-Dr Jino, Dr Nice ,Dr Andrea neonatologists monitored our baby ..Everything was made easy ..Well appreciated...Such a place of godliness..I am really blessed to have normal delivery here..My husband has the opportunity to cut the cord and take my baby first. Deluxe room in G ward was a comfortable one..Nurses taught me to feed and take care of my baby..Nurses Vincy ,Sumi and Avita cared me at night ....I was we satisfied and definitely refer everyone...

We where admitted to appolo Adult hospital.both of my kids where admitted at same time at 7 th floor and only i was the only by stander for both.the care and expertise shown by nursing staff was exemplary.more than a nursing care we could feel a family care from the nursing unit.

I was just a casual visitor to clear some regarding the services rendered by them to the state government retired persons against their insurance policies. Got my doubts cleared very well. The security staff at the entry point was helpful and very kind. He can direct you to the correct location in a very polite manner

I should say this is the best hospital in Kochi. Excellent service. This is that one place where you can find responsible staff doing their job. Nurses were very professional and their sense of responsibility needs special appreciation. The whole system of the hospital is very organized and imparts a strong sense of confidence to the patient.

Neat and tidy. Courteous staff. Generally good doctors. But, there is a big delay in billing process and there is a long wait in the pharmacy. Would be advisable to stock the prescribed medications in the pharmacy itself, so that we dont have to chase the medical reps to get the same. Some construction is going on at the moment, hence parking is an issue. When the patient is also the driver, parking becomes a real hassle. Need to have valet parking. Many hospitals already have it for a nominal fee.

The entire process was smooth and efficient, from registration to the actual examination. The medical staff exhibited a high level of expertise and made me feel comfortable during the various tests and consultations. They patiently answered all my questions and provided valuable insights about my health. I must commend the hospital's commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment. The attention to hygiene and safety measures was evident and greatly appreciated. Thank you for your outstanding service!

I had the most incredible experience at Apollo Adlux Hospital during the delivery of my baby. Dr. Mercy made the entire experience absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived at the hospital, I knew I was in safe hands with Dr. Mercy. Her reassuring presence throughout the entire process gave me the confidence and peace of mind I needed. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Mercy for anyone looking for an outstanding doctor for their delivery. Doctor was with me every step of the way, providing constant support and care, from the start of my labor to the precious moment when my baby was born.
