Looks and appearance: 4/5 From outside looks quite nice, clean and feels a good place. Hygiene: 3/5 Hygiene is not that top notch. Cleanliness needs to be worked upon. Place has lot of mosquitoes and they don't even have the fly trap. The tables are not cleaned. Infact you will find the previous customers used sausage still kept on for the new customers. Plus point: Washrooms are clean with proper toiletries. Service: 1/5 Pathetic. You will have to wait for 10minutes before any attendant will come to give you the menu or take your order, unless you go to the counter for explicitly ask a waiter to come for the same. They don't have tissue papers. For every thing even for water or cutleries you have to wait a lot before anyone would get it done. Lack of staff making customers to wait and regret their decision to come here Food: 3.5/5 They couldn't even get the basic dal tadka to be tasty enough leave the rest aside. Crockeries are not cleaned properly. And it takes years for the order to arrive. Overall: Not a good place if you are hungry and expecting delicious food.
The rice was uncooked, rock solid tandoori roti. The attendants were lazy, their mobile phones were their top priority, service was pathetic and not even one of them was ready to listen that the food was not cooked properly.

Great ambience and at perfect location, staff was incredibily cooperative and the food was delicious and mouth watering. Kudos to the Team. Highly recommended to the vrindavan tourists for a compulsory one time visit.
Their green chilly Paratha is must try , it taste next level with their kulahar tea. Location is opposite to vrindavan on Mathura road. Service is little slow but staff is humble.
