Pathetic food quality!! Not at all worth neither butter naan, tandoori roti nor their tawa chaap they make very less spice food totally tasteless. I complaint so many times they are worth less they do not take any actions to improve there work. They take so long time for delivery as well. VERY BAD SERVICE & FOOD

My experience was also not good with Apni Rasoi Sant Nagar chain. In the first few cases, there was only food quality, taste and packaging concerns for which I kept giving them feedback from time to time and they kept saying that it will not happen again. But this time their mistake blew up the food quality control standards. This mistake could prove fatal for someone.I found a foreign body material (a piece of iron nail) in my food. See their carelessness in the picture. When I complained, they apologized like every time and said that it will not happen in future. It seems that they do not care about anyone's life. When I asked them to see the kitchen, they refused to take me to the kitchen. It is clear from this that they do not follow the rule of Fassi. Soon after, I have complained against "Apni Rasoi" and the company owner Sanjay Goyal in Fassi.
