Apna Sweets - Restaurant in Dewas - Dewas, India

It was a good place and you can cheap breakfast or lunch. I tried - 1. Bombay sandwich - which was not like Bombay but okay to eat not so good, also it was full of mayonnaise. 2. Dhokla with chutney - it was awesome i enjoyed eating it, they also put plain bujia on dhokla 3. Poha with Jeeravan - this was awesome too, nothing much to say for this.

First time i saw that apna sweets food tastes like hell and their service is also poor. Staff behaviour is so bad. I have never saw any of the apna sweets branch who treats their customers as this and give very poor service and bad food too. Worst Experience.

The food and service at this restaurant are great, but there's one issue. The person who manages the tokens at the counter can be impolite and often ignores customers waiting in line for a long time. To improve this, I suggest having two to three people handling the tokens. This would reduce waiting times and make the experience better for everyone.

Poor management. Normally you go to restaurant, order food, eat it and pay. Here it is completely opposite. You first buy coupons 500/1000 from one counter submit to some other counter. Tell him menu with table number. Its like playing office office. People come to restaurants for relaxation enjoyment but this is a worst of policy. God bless the mind behind this.

They are running a "restaurant," but there are no quality of services and no management. When we think of a restaurant, the first thing that comes to our mind is that the order is taken first, followed by delivery. They are operating like a poha shop here. We received insact(flies) in the Mutter Paneer and there excuses are " Sir. Ho jata hai". Worst experience.

Pathetic Service, Ambiance was not good, staffs are not trained, ordering flow is not like a fine dine family restaurant, wrong order taken even after confirming three times and quality of food was really disgusting, uncooked tandoori roti, tasteless food overall. I am feel cheated, it's totally waste of money.

Good for family outing.Tasty, hygienic and good quality of food and snacks. I always visit here For breakfast - Poha, Jalebi, Kachori, Samosa, Khaman. For snacks - Pav bhaji, Dosa, Uttapam, Dahi Bada, Pani Puri, Dahi Puri. For Lunch - Thali is also good, if your diet is average then 2 thali can be shared between 3 people. Daal baffle is also good.. Variety of namkeens and sweets.Staff is good.
