I had a very good satisfied service from varun and Bharti But Other staff should be improved more, they are handling customer very Roughly and very careless with their hair and eyebrows... The place just before the toll plaza on your left if you are coming from Bangalore towards Kolar. It is located above Nandi Grand. Very hard to miss. Ample parking space is available. The place is very clean and quite big. There is a good waiting area. But I was not satisfied with their service. We (myself, wife and my 5yrs old daughter) went there with an appointment. Wife and daughter needed hair cut. Myself a pedicure. When the hair stylist called them, my wife asked him to do my daughter's first and then hers. But after my daughter's hair cut, the guy asked my wife to wait and started attending the next person. For my pedicure, it never happened. First they asked me to wait for two minutes. But after that no communication. I waited for the entire time while my daughter was having her hair cut(30 to 40 minutes) and then some more while my wife waited but no communication. Moreover, the man giving hair cut to my daughter was not patient enough to deal with a child. If she was moving her head he was loosing his calm and the way he was communicating with her was not appropriate. Later my daughter asked me why that uncle was rude to me? Anyway finally the end result was so-so. We finally paid for the daughter's hair cut and went to a different salon located just beside inside Orion Uptown Mall. Will I go again there? No Will I recommend? No
