They provided us car service all along our Meghalaya tour for five days. The driver was very well behaved and polite. We are satisfied with their service.
I contacted Bapi da for shillong meghalaya trip, he treated us as family members and customized the best plan. We enjoyed the trip very much. The driver sir also a gentleman. Throughout the trip Bapi da called us several times to make sure everything was all right, he also guided us step by step for a hastle free trip. Thankyou Dada for the sweets and tealeaves.
They provided good arrangements with reasonable cost,clean hotel services,surprise breakfast on the last day also kept in contact to ensure everything was going smoothly till the end of the trip.. Everyone should try this agency for their courteous behaviour..

Very good travel operator especially for the north-east region of India. The owner manages everything for the entire trip at a very affordable rate. The hotels and the car provided by the Apex Tours and Travels are superior as per their price. He has a very good knowledge about the entire area and the routes so we had no problem even sudden changes in the itinerary. We got accommodation at midnight at Kamakhya for a tiring night stay. The owner continuously updates about the location and timings for the upcoming events. We are thankful to the owner for a memorable trip to Meghalaya.

No Complain,excluding parking (as it is situated in paltan bazar,one of the crowded place in Guwahati, you have to struggle for parking) , always responsive to your query , On time delivery (if you order your own design).
