Expensive, Cleaning is ok but poor job in cleaning toilets and it doesn't even work properly. Hard to access the actual doctor treating the disease. They also dont properly explain patients condition. Overall would suggest seak alternate places even if this was suggested.

Worst hospital ever seen mannerless staff with lots of fake attitude even compounder lady behaves like owner of hospital and treat with badly, rudely also children like behavior with patients. Dont go at Apex....

The staff is too rude they don't even have manners to talk with patients..the lady on reception counter is so mannerless..they don't even think about how patients family will suffer with their behaviour... People comes to this hospital just because of Majid sir they all come from another districts to treat here but hospital staff behave to rudely

staffs behaviour is very very rude, they dont speak also with good manner to patient and their family. hospitel management aslo add fake charges, check up list and wrong charges in bill. my father operation took place in this hospital and there no sign of improvement. my friends mom operation also took place in this hospital he lost his mother even after she was good before operation. that kind of many examples found in my friend circle.but unfortunatly i dint know before i go to apex hospital. Dr Takalkar mam is use to ignore patients opinion, what they telling, wht they want tell, etc very bad experience with this hospitel. Reception counter sister, some trainer doctors (Particularly jyotsna jaybhaye is very rude with her behaviour, talking with attitude)also very careless behaviour, also playing with mobiles even when on duty. sisters use to talk in loud manner even in front of patients rooms.they even continue their behaviour after request them. shevttii ekc saaNgto aaple jvlcyaa vykttiiNcyaa jiivaaNcii kaaljii asel tr yaa hoNspittl mdhye tyaaNnaa ttriittmeNtt saatthii kRpyaa aannuu nkaa.

Good Facilities available And Good Service Provided By Hospital Staff

Very Pathetic Management, Staff is so rude-they don't have manners how to behave with patients, Too much Rush & Crowded. I wanted to admit my patient to the hospital on emergency basis, his assistant was asking 20-30k deposit on the spot also he doesn't even allowed us to meet Majid Sir. It is the only one hospital where Doctor's assistant is rejecting patients. Don't know whether Doctor is aware or not about this Scenario I don't think they follow the Hippocratic oath,They are here only for the Business.

Hospital hygiene is best, staff behavior is good. But doctors who come for visit charge Rs 800 per visit is very expensive for 30 seconds. Doctors are not knowledgeable comparison to fees. Big bills nothing to more talk.
