I had an excellent experience at Apex hospital. This was the third admission and my reviews are still the same. Overall service is good. Doctors nurses are concerned, co-operative and helpful. Especially Dr. Anish Thakur who is readily available during emergencies and give his best in a way that occurrence risk of similar disease is minimal. Admin support was exceptional in all matters from the date of admission to discharge. Hospital is well organised and every staff working in hospital treats it's patient with respect and dignity. Overall facilities are very good, atmosphere of hospital is postive and clean. Best multispecialty hospital in Navi mumbai. I would highly recommend this hospital and give it a 5 star rating overall.
